We are also more than happy to use any client provided products, should you have a preference for products used.
Are you insured?
We are fully insured. We carry insurance for our employees and for the work that we do in your home. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.
What about pets?
Pets are a part of the family, however during service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you’d like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.
What can be included?
Social Support, Meal Preparation, Transportation to appointments,
General or Deep cleaning (eg. vacuuming, mopping, dusting, bed making, linen cleaning, kitchen cleaning, washing, fridge cleaning, surfaces wiped, wet areas/toilet cleaning, pantry/linen cupboard tidying, ground level window cleaning and also decluttering.
Deep clean after infestation treatments.
Lawn and garden maintenance.
We meet with you to discuss your goals and needs,
to ensure your satisfaction.
Who are your Support Workers?
We have a growing team of wonderful, compassionate and skilled Support Workers, both male and female. We pride ourselves on meeting with new clients to discuss your goals, and to match you with Support Workers who are like-minded and complimentary to you.
Where is your office located?
Our office is located at 4/324 Griffith Road, Lavington NSW 2641.
Whilst the address is Griffith Road, our entry actually fronts onto Gogoll Lane, Lavington.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open 9:30am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
